You cannot receive information about events if you entered an incorrect email address.

Pre-registration event rewards will be sent after maintenance on June 26, 2019.

Pre-registration event rewards will be sent to your Web storage in the Black Desert official website. The Web storage can be found by going to the Black Desert official website > My Page.

Items in the Web storage can be sent to your in-game mailbox only after you create a character.

Items in the Web storage must be sent to your in-game mailbox before July 31, 2019, at 23:59. The items in the Web storage will expire and be removed after this time.

Items in the Web storage cannot be recovered if the items expired and were removed.

Event rewards can only be received once per family and cannot be sent multiple times.

Reward items that were sent or used properly cannot be recovered.

There may be restrictions on trading/selling event items, and they may have usage expiration dates and different binding settings. These items cannot be transferred or restored due to this reason.

Please refer to the in-game item description for details on whether the item is bound.

You will be disqualified from the event if the account that meets the requirements is deleted or is waiting to be deleted.

Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.

Participating in the event using inappropriate methods will result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.

Violating any of the Terms of Service will result in cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.
