How to Obtain Duskwing

Summon the Black Spirit (/) - Quests - Event tab
and accept the "[Event] To the Skies, Duskwing!" quest.
"I await the Adventurer who will become the master of the skies."

Complete the quest to obtain
'[Event] Duskwing Calling Horn (14 Days)'!
※ The [Event] Duskwing Calling Horn (14 Days) is a 14-day limited item, with its validity period starting from the moment it is obtained after completing the quest.

Call forth Duskwing with the “[Event] Duskwing Calling Horn (14 Days)” and take flight to the vast heavens above!
