The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_TR.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Once per family, receive your Sweet Gift Letter from your Challenges (Y)!

Send the Sweet Gift Letter by right clicking on it, and inputting the Character Name of the Adventurer that you wish to send it too.  

* You cannot send the letter to yourself, and once the letter has been sent it cannot be cancelled. Please inster the Character Names carefully.

 

When sent, the Sweet Gift Letter will arrive in the mail (B) as an '[Event] Sweet Gift'

Open the ‘[Event] Sweet Gift’ to receive the following rewards.  

Don’t forget to reciprocate the generosity, and send back the [Event] Sweet Reply!

Open the Chest,
get rewards!
