If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_TR.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

"Fall is back in focus!" Event Winners

- Winners are listed by Family name. (You can use CTRL+F to quickly search for your name.)

If you’re an Adventurer who is listed as an event winner, please follow the steps below. 

 

① On October 4 (Tue), you’ll receive an email at the email address associated with your Black Desert account.  
- If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder/box. 

- If you still cannot find the email in your spam folder/box, please contact us via [Support]. 

 

② Complete and submit the “Agreement to the Collection and Use of Personal Information” contained within the email before October 9, 2022 (Sun) at 23:59 (UTC).  

- If you fail to submit the agreement before the specified date, we will not be able to ship the event prizes. 

 

③ Event prizes will be shipped after the agreement submission period.  

- As a token of our appreciation, Pearl Abyss will cover the shipping costs and public taxes.
* Pearl Abyss will cover certain custom fees associated with the shipping of physical prizes. However, Adventurers may be responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur. Please note that if these custom fees are not paid, you may not receive the event prizes.


Additional Notices

- Please note that you cannot select options such as color, etc. for merchandise given for the event. 

- You cannot transfer your “status as a winner” to another person and you cannot receive monetary rewards or other merchandise instead of the designated prize. 

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page. 

- If your account is restricted for violating the Operational Policy before you receive the event prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner. 

- In order to receive event prizes, you will need to provide your agreement to the collection and use of your personal information.  

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change prizes with a different prize of similar value without prior notice.
