We confirmed that there were difficulties with connecting to certain servers in the world of Black Desert on July 20th, from 22:45- 23:59 and July 21st, from 01:46 AM to 01:52 AM.

The cause of the issues were determined to be external factors. However, damage that was caused during those times (destroyed crystals, experience loss, use of resurrection items) will be restored during the July 27th regular maintenance.

We will do our best to respond quickly to minimize effects caused by external factors.
