Greetings, Adventurers.

We’ve recently received reports regarding gameplay that violates the intent behind the Arena of Solare. When we received these reports, we began a full investigation of the evidence and game logs, and we determined that this gameplay did indeed violate our Operational Policy.

As a result, these Adventurers have been penalized with game restrictions in accordance with the Black Desert Operational Policy. Furthermore, they will also be disqualified from the ranking rewards for the “Rank Up in the Arena of Solare” event and their Arena of Solare ranking points will be reset during next week’s maintenance.

We want to give our thanks to our Adventurers for reporting this issue. We will do our best to ensure you will fully enjoy the Arena of Solare once the regular season begins.
