Welcome to the newest continent of Valencia!
The continent of Valencia is filled with vast desert lands with much of it under the rule of the Nesser dynasty.
Underneath the prestige and authority lies a history of violent mass killings as well as the blood spilled from brute force. On the surface, all that Adventurers will see is the abundance of wealth provided by the oasis and the splendid architecture that surrounds it.
To survive in the vast desert, Adventurers must face off against powerful monsters, dangerous sandstorms, extreme temperatures, diseases, and other hazards of nature.
It is very important you take precautions before entering the desert and learn of its dangers. You will need to bring Purified Water or a tent to fight off heat strokes. You will also need different mounts that can survive these extreme conditions, like a camel or an elephant.
▶ Valencia may seem peaceful, but what could they be hiding behind the wealth and prosperity?
| ※ Unique Features of the Valencian Desert - You cannot use navigation features in the desert, and it is extremely difficult to check your location using the world map and minimap. - You could get a heatstroke during the day, and hypothermia during the night. They constantly lower your HP. - You will need Purified Water to cure heat stroke and Star Anise Tea to cure hypothermia. You can also make Star Anise Tea by processing Star Anise with Purified Water or Distilled Water. - Powerful monsters appear at night and you are at risk of facing a sandstorm all day. - Adventurers that sees a sandstorm coming need to enter a tent or a safety zone. - Adventurers can use a shabby shovel to dig in the desert for a variety of items. - Characters move at the same movement speed as anywhere else but horses, wagons, and other mounts have their movement speed and other skills limited in the desert. If you want to travel faster across the desert you will need a desert mount. - You can tame and train elephants in Valencia. You can also register elephants through the Guild Stable Keeper and any member of your guild can ride it. Elephants learn powerful skills and can carry upto 3 characters at a time. - Elephants can be tamed by using a taming rope. Desert Peanuts will come in handy when attempting to tame an Elephant and it is recommended that you move with guild members to lure elephant mothers and her cubs. |
