This is The MMORPG Black Desert.
We would like to start off by thanking all Adventurers who love and support our game.
The Turkey & MENA Operations Team has always strived to provide the best game service possible.
However as you may be aware, unexpected issues have recently deterred your enjoyment of the game.
We would like to take this opportunity to deeply apologize for the disappointment that we have caused for our Adventurers.
The recent problem where mount data was not saving properly occured on 3/15 (Thu) and was fixed on 3/19 (Mon) around 16:30. We sincerely regret that many Adventurers had wasted their time and effort put into their horses.
Moreover, we somberly acknowledge issues since the start of service - lag problems, and the Ninja Metal Piercing issues may have further disappointed Adventurers.
Since Pearl Abyss directly services the Turkey & MENA region, we have made an effort to listen to our Adventurers and provide prompt feedback. However, due to the recent issues, the our operations team have taken these developments as a call for improvements.
Although it may not satisfy every Adventurer, we have prepared a small compensation regarding those whose mount data did not save properly. We hope that this will partially make up for some of the inconveniences that you have experienced.
Compensation
• Date: During maintenance on 3/22(Thu)
• Reward:
The highest tier horse per family will become level 30 and set to maximum skill.
1 Venia Riding Attire (7 Days)
1 Horse Flute (30 Days)
2 Mount Skill Change Coupon
• Eligibility: All families created as of the 3/22 (Thu) maintenance.
(Reward sent once per family)
We will continue to contemplate the future of the game in Turkey & MENA. Like the 2018 Update Roadmap that we released recently, we hope to bring you more enjoyable content in the future and will take extra effort in making sure that the game runs smoothly as well.
Please know that the promise we made at the Official Launch - becoming the “Best MMORPG in Turkey & MENA” still stands and we will double our efforts to commit ourselves to achieving this goal. We hope you can continue enjoying the game with us for a long time.
