Instructions on How to Claim Your Merch 

① Check the mailbox of the email that is associated with your Black Desert account for an email from us.  

- If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder/box.  

- If you still cannot find the email in your spam folder/box, please contact us via [Support].  

- If you won the Dark Knight figurine, please follow the instructions in the email to redeem the coupon.  

  

② Submit the “Agreement to the Use and Collection of Personal Information” in the email by April 3, 2022 (Sun) 23:59 (GMT+3).  

- If you fail to submit the agreement before the specified date, we will not be able to ship the event prizes.  

 

③ Prizes will begin shipping after the submission deadline. 

- Pearl Abyss will cover the shipping costs and public taxes. 

Additional Notices 

- Please note that you cannot select options such as color, etc. for merchandise given for the event. 

- You cannot transfer your “status as a winner” to another person and you cannot receive monetary or other merchandise instead of the designated prize.  

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page. 

- If your account is restricted for violating the Operational Policy before you receive the event prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner. 

- In order to ship event prizes, we will need to collect the shipment information of winners, which will require the agreement of the winners.   

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change prizes with a different prize of similar value without prior notice.
