Taming a Wild Horse 

 

① In order to tame a wild horse, you’ll need to prepare several “Capturing Ropes” and “Lumps of Raw Sugar.”   

- Capturing Rope can be purchased from Stable Keeper NPCs.   

- A Lump of Raw Sugar can be obtained by purchasing Raw Sugar x10 and Mineral Water x1 from a Cook NPC and using “Processing (L) - Heating.”

② Find a wild horse in the Black Desert world, then open your Inventory (I) and throw your Capturing Rope! 

 

③ Follow the taming minigame’s instructions and test your mettle against the wild horse.  

- Quickly mash your spacebar to overcome the wild horse!  

 

 

Minigame Tips 

If the wild horse is on uneven and rough terrain, the probability of taming it is significantly lowered. Also, you can feed the wild horse more Lumps of Raw Sugar to increase the probability, but it maxes out at around four to five Lumps of Raw Sugar!   

 

④ Once you get closer to the wild horse, you’ll be able to Interact with it. Feed the horse the Lumps of Raw Sugar to increase the chance of taming it!
