① After the maintenance on February 16 (Wed), click the  icon located left of the minimap to open the raffle window. 

 

② Use the [Event] Box Full O' Love you’ve saved up as raffle entries for the items you want to try to win! 

- There is a limited number of each item. Once all the winners are selected and items are all claimed, the items will be shown as “SOLD OUT.” 

- All Adventurers will have the same set probability of winning each item. 

- Your probability of winning an item will not be affected if another Adventurer wins. 

 

③ If your entry fails to win, you’ll automatically receive [Event] Sweet Chocolates equal to the number of [Event] Box Full O' Love that was used in your entry.

 

 

④ Bring the event items to NPC Lara in Heidel to exchange for the items below.

- Black Desert affiliated individuals and employees will be excluded from the event prizes in accordance with the Black Desert event rules.   

- The winners announcement will be provided on the official website within 2 weeks after the end of the event. However, Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change this schedule depending on the circumstances. 

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change prizes with a different prize of similar value without prior notice. 

- Pearl Abyss will seek the agreement of winners when collecting shipment information in order to deliver physical merchandise/goods. 

- If the unit cost of the prize exceeds 50,000 KRW, tax payments may be required. In such a case, we will provide you with instructions on how to submit your bank account information (for tax payment) and a copy of your personal identification. 

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page. 

- Event items may have restrictions (sale/trade) and/or different binding settings/expiration dates. Due to this reason, these items cannot be transferred or restored. 

- For details such as whether the item is bound, please refer to the in-game item description. 

- Items and/or rewards that were used or collected normally cannot be recovered. 

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
