Notices Sep 15, 2021, 10:04 (UTC+3) Removal of Additionally Converted Tuvala Gear

 

Greetings, Adventurers.  

  

During the September 15, 2021 (Wed) maintenance, we converted the Tuvala Gear of Adventurers who had not graduated from the Summer Season to Tuvala Gear that could be equipped by normal characters.  

 

As announced in the End of the 2021 Summer Season notice, the unconverted Tuvala Gear was converted in the following conversion criteria for each gear slot (1 per equipment slot except 2 for earrings and rings for a total of 13),  

Tuvala Gear Conversion Criteria (In Order of Priority) 

 

① Unconverted Tuvala gear with the highest enhancement level per equipment slot (1 per equipment slot except 2 for earrings and rings for a total of 13): 

  

E.g.) If you have a “PEN (V): Tuvala Gloves” and “TRI (III): Tuvala Gloves” in your inventory or storage, then only the “PEN (V): Tuvala Gloves” will be converted. 

  

If there are two or more identical types of Tuvala gear with the same enhancement level, then the second criteria will be followed. 

  

  

  

② Branded Tuvala gear (Item Brand Spell Stone): 

  

E.g.) If you have a branded “PEN (V): Tuvala Gloves” and unbranded “PEN (V): Tuvala Gloves”, then the branded “PEN (V): Tuvala Gloves” will be converted. 

  

If there are two or more identical types of branded Tuvala gear with the same enhancement level, then the third criteria will be followed. 

  

  

  

③ Most recently crafted Tuvala gear: 

  

E.g.) If you own an unbranded PEN (V) Tuvala Longsword (crafted on September 1) and an unbranded PEN (V) Tuvala Amulet (crafted on September 10), then the more recently crafted PEN (V) Tuvala Amulet will be converted.

However, we discovered that Adventurers who had multiple Main/Sub/Awakening Weapons of the highest enhancement level had all of these items converted during the conversion process. As a result, the additionally converted Tuvala gear will be removed through the latest update today.  

 
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please refer below for the exact details.  

 

■ Removal of Additional Tuvala Gear

- Following the conversion priority above, any additionally converted Tuvala Gear (excluding 1 per equipment slot and 2 for rings and earrings) will be removed.  

- If you have any of the additionally converted Tuvala Gear still in your Inventory or equipped on your character, the items will be removed when you encounter a loading screen (move servers, change characters, etc.)  

- If you try to move the additionally converted items after the latest update, you will encounter an error message.  

- Any crystals or Item Brand Spell Stones used on the additionally converted Tuvala gear after the September 15, 2021 (Wed) maintenance will be sent to you be in-game mail (B) during the maintenance on September 23, 2021 (Thu).
