The much-anticipated mansion has finally landed on the Black Desert Global Labs! (ノ^∇^)
* Due to the latest update on the Black Desert Global Labs that introduces a mansion questline, you currently can no longer rent a new mansion.
If you wish to participate in the event, you can still do so by leaving your feedback and thoughts with mansion screenshots taken by another Adventurer.

Event Details
① Before you can enter the Black Desert Global Lab to check out the Mansion update, you’ll need to first apply for access.
- Follow the instructions below to apply for access.

② Once you’ve applied, download the Black Desert Global Lab Game Client!
- After you’ve finished downloading, select the “Asia Server” and log in! ◡‿◡✿
③ The Mansion is located near Heidel at the [Eastern Border]. You’ll need to spend 10 Contribution Points to enter.
Tip! For Adventurers who’ve created a new Family on the Global Labs, open the [검은사막 연구소 전용] 최대 공헌도, 기운 회복제 상자 that you can obtain from the Challenge (Y) menu.
(Please note that the item names of the unreleased mansion items will appear in the Korean language on the Black Desert Global Lab.)
④ The mansion exclusive items can be purchased from the NPC Eiorah in Heidel for 500,000 silver each.
④ Use the mansion items to decorate the mansion’s interior and take screenshots once you're done!
- Follow the format below and upload your screenshot(s) and your thoughts about the mansion to the Black Desert website’s [Community] > [Screenshot / Clips] forum.
- To help you take better screenshots with your character, we will be sending [Event] Coco/El Pento Outfit Set and [Event] Premium Outfit Box to the in-game mailbox (B) in the Black Desert Global Lab. ◕‿◕✿ (The outfit boxes will be sent daily (excluding weekends) at 04:00 by in-game mail during the event period.)
Post Format
- Take mansion screenshots at the Black Desert Global Lab and upload your screenshots on our Black Desert website’s [Community] > [Screenshot / Clips] forum. (Required)
- Your post’s title must start with [Mansion] (Required)
- Make sure to share your thoughts about the mansion in your post. (Required)
(Feel free to share whatever thoughts you have! What you thought could be better, what could be expanded, etc.)
- To ensure you receive the event rewards, make sure your post contains your Black Desert Global Lab Server and Family Name. (Required)

* Participation rewards are limited to once per Family.
* Event rewards will be sent by in-game mail (B) 2 weeks after the end of the event.
* If your post is missing any of the following requirements, you will not be eligible for the event rewards.
- If your Black Desert Global Lab Family name cannot be found
- If mansion content is not clearly visible in your screenshot
- If your post does not include your thoughts or feedback about the mansion
Additional Notices
- You will not be eligible to receive the rewards if your post’s title does not start with [Mansion].
- Event winners are selected based on an “internal screening process” as described in the Black Desert Event Rules.
- The winners announcement will be provided on the official website within 2 weeks after the end of the event. However, Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change this schedule depending on the circumstances.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to the ownership of adaptation rights for all screenshots, videos, and all other content submitted for this event. Pearl Abyss may also use these contents at its own discretion for promotional purposes without restrictions to time or location.
- You will not receive the event rewards if you use someone else’s screenshots to participate in the event.
- The number of winners is subject to change depending on the number of event participants.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change the event prizes without prior notice depending on the circumstances
- If your account is restricted for violating the Operational Policy before you receive the event prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Event items may have restrictions (sale/trade) and/or different binding settings/expiration dates. Due to this reason, these items cannot be transferred or restored.
- For details such as whether the item is bound, please refer to the in-game item description.
- Items and/or rewards that were normally used cannot be recovered.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
