“Queek! Tell me if ye seen me cap’n!” 

 

Lenio of the Slippery Scallywags is traveling far and wide across the Black Desert world in search of his captain. 

 
If you happen to run into Lenio, how about telling him that you understand? I’m sure Lenio will return the favor with a gift! 

 


Event. Scallywag Lenio Misses His Captain

Event Period 

- July 7, 2021 (Wed) after maintenance – July 21, 2021 (Wed) before maintenance  

 

Event Details 

① During the event, [Slippery Scallywags] Lenio will appear in various monster zones throughout the Black Desert world.  

- When Lenio appears, you’ll see the message “Lenio of the Slippery Scallywags swings into the fray!”.  

 

  

② Interact (R) with Lenio to receive the Slippery Scallywags' Shanty buff.

Obtainable Buffs 

[Corsair] 

Select “What is it?” 

Combat EXP +100% 

Skill EXP +300% 

[Other Classes] 

Select “Say that you understand.” 

Skill EXP +300% 

- The event buffs have a duration of 180 minutes, and [Slippery Scallywags] Lenio will disappear after 30 minutes.  

Event Buff Details 

 
① Only the most recently obtained event buff will be active, and all other similar buffs will disappear. For example, if you have an active buff from interacting with the Ancient Kyve and you interact with Lenio, then the Ancient Kyve’s buff will disappear and only the Slippery Scallywags' Shanty buff will remain active.  

 

② As such, any past similar event buffs (Mysterious, Knight, Ynix’s Flame, Sandstorm, etc.) that are active will disappear if you receive this event’s buff by interacting with the NPC Lenio. 

 

③ If you receive the exact same event buff while it is already active, the buff’s duration will be refreshed. 

E.g.) If you re-acquire the same buff with 50 minutes remaining, then the duration time will be refreshed to 180 minutes. 

* The three details mentioned above applies to all similar event buffs. 

(Mysterious Knight, Ynix’s Flame, Sandstorm, Ancient Kyve, Slippery Scallywags' Shanty)

Additional Notices 

- This event is active on all servers. 

- This event’s buff will stack with the permanently on-going Skill EXP buffs on the normal server.

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
