* This event is applicable to all servers.  

* The event EXP buff will not be applied to EXP obtained through events.  

* The mount EXP buff will stack with existing EXP buffs, such as Scrolls, Elixirs, and Value Packs.

- Receive more “Flowers of Oblivion” when you turn in a horse for Imperial Horse Delivery!
