Additional Notices 

- Please make sure to submit the “Agreement to the Collection and Use of Personal Information” and carefully read all the notices related to the broadcast.  

- Adventurers listed above were contacted by the email address associated with their offiical Black Desert account.  
- Although we ask our Adventurers who were selected to braodcast the Arena of Arsha Championship according to the schedule listed above, if you are unable to meet this scheudle due to unavoidable cirumstances, please contact us via Customer Support to let us know. However, please note that you may be excluded from any rewards.  

- If you violate the Black Desert Operational Policy during the Arena of Arsha broadcast, you will be disqualified as a livestreamer for the event and will not be able to participate further.  

- If you insult, slander, show inappropriate bias, use inappropriate language, or show any unsportsmen-like conduct during the 2021 Arena of Arsha broadcast, you may be disqualifed as a livestreamer for the event and face penalties according to the Operational Policy.  

- Any actions or conduct that invoke obscentity or violence during the broadcast will result in your disqualifcation as a livestreamer for the event. Additional penatialies may also be imposed.  
- If you disrupt the tournament, you may be disqualified as a livestramer for the event, and we will not provide any further assistance for any losses that may occur.  

- If your account is restricted for violating the Operational Policy before you receive the event rewards, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.    

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change the broadcast rewards without any prior notice.  

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
