Greetings Adventurers,  

On February 17th, we previously announced with the “What's Happening to Merv’s Palette?” that the Merv’s Palette buff would be combined into the Value Pack buff during the maintenance on March 3rd. As a result, we would convert the remaining Merv’s Palette buff during the March 3rd maintenance into a Merv’s Palette (30 Days) item that can be sold to an NPC.  

However, we’ve received valuable feedback from Adventurers who had the Merv’s Palette (30 Days/90 Days) and were not able to use the items before the March 3rd maintenance for the conversion.  

After considering this feedback, we’ve decided to provide eligible Adventurers further assistance.  

Please refer to the details below and submit a ticket if you are eligible.   

Who is Eligible?  

- Adventurers who purchased a Merv’s Palette (30 Days/90 Days) from the Pearl Shop (F3) before February 17th at 18:50 14:20 and had it in their inventory.  

※ Merv’s Palette (30 Days/90 Days) purchased after the “What's Happening to Merv’s Palette?” announcement on February 17th at 18:50 14:20 will not be eligible.

- Until March 16, 2021 at 23:59 

 ※ We will not provide exchanges after the end of the submission period.  

Exchange Details 

- After withdrawing the Merv’s Palette (30 Days/90 Days) that were purchased before February 17th at 18:50, we’ll be sending you the “Merv’s Palette (30 Days)” by in-game mail (B) that can be sold to the NPC.  

(E.g. Each Merv’s Palette (90 Days) will be exchanged for three “Merv’s Palette (30 Days)” that can be sold to an NPC.) 

※ The exchanged “Merv’s Palette (30 Days)” cannot be sold on the Central Market.  

※ The exchanged “Merv’s Palette (30 Days)” can be sold to NPC Vendors for 150,000,000 silver.
