We have confirmed that many Adventurers are currently experiencing lag issues in the game.

Despite our best efforts to provide you smooth and stable gameplay as much as possible,

we sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused to our Adventurers.

The Black Desert Operations Team along with the Development Team are currently analyzing the networks and our servers to fix the lag issue that has been occurring periodically since the launch of the game in Turkey & MENA region. Additionally, we have taken some measures to improve gameplay conditions such as adding more servers.

However, since the problem is not yet fixed, we are currently testing out various different ways to try to fix this problem.

We are truly aware of how inconvenient the lag issue has been for our Adventurers while playing the game. Please know that all of us are working around the clock to resolve this problem with the utmost urgency.

We ask for your patience and trust while we tirelessly try to bring you the best game service possible.

All the while, we will continue to monitor your feedback through the web forums and customer support tickets. Although we want to be able to notify you as soon as the problem is fixed, we sincerely apologize for not being able to fix the issue sooner.
