Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_TR.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Hello, Adventurers. 

 

We’ve recently confirmed compatibility issues occurring in certain PC settings that would result in the PC to restart after playing a set time in Black Desert. 

 

This is likely due to compatibility issues between the video card and other hardware components such as the CPU. Please refer to the details below for help. 

 

  1. 1. BIOS update and Restart

    The details to updating the BIOS configuration differs by each PC setting so please refer to the official website of the PC's motherboard for further details.

     

    2. Error Report

    Please take the time to follow the procedures for an Error Report below. You will receive an Error Report ID after submitting a ticket in our [Support Center] and we will try to reach you with a detailed answer as soon as possible.

     

    * Error Report Directory

    1. Bottom-right corner of the Black Desert Launcher.

  1. 2. Run [PERS.exe] in Black Desert installation directory.

  

- Default Game Installation Directory: [Game Installed Hard Drive] → [Pearlabyss] Folder → [BlackDesert] Folder

- How to check Error Report ID: Black Desert Launcher Error Report → Agree to Private Information Collection → Copy Error Report ID at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

- 'Error Report ID' can change when you submit new errors. Please make sure that you enter the correct Error Report ID to receive the correct answer for the error you are experiencing.

 

* How to check “Dump” file

- [File] → [Black Desert] Folder → [Dump] Folder

- Files within the [Dump] folder consist of files with different extensions such as “.dmp”, “.log”, and “.txt”.

- Make sure to attach the “.dmp” file that is subject to the issue. Attaching additional files from the folder will help us further identify what the issue is.
