Greetings Adventurers,  

After the past October 21, 2020 (Wed) maintenance, we discovered an issue where the Hystria Ruins monster, Kalqueesh, does not drop certain loot when being defeated.  

As we confirmed this issue after nearly 2 weeks have passed since it started occurring, we want to sincerely apologize to our Adventurers for this inconvenience to your gameplay.  

 
The unobtainable loot are as follows:   

* Ancient Power - Black Shard, Black Stone (Armor), Power Engine of Ancient Weapons 

Immediately after first becoming aware of this issue, we performed a thorough examination of all item drops of monsters in Hystria Ruins and confirmed that no other monsters except for Kalqueesh are affected.    

Afterwards, we performed a secondary sweep of all monster zones in the world of Black Desert and was able to confirm that no other monsters are affected as well.  

※ This issue where Kalqueesh does not drop certain loot will be resolved during the maintenance on November 4, 2020 (Wed).  
 

Additionally, we are reviewing the activity of all Adventurers that have a game log of defeating monsters in Hystria Ruins after the October 21 (Wed) maintenance. Once our review is complete, we will do our best to ensure that the valuable time and effort put in by those Adventurers will not be wasted.
