To what you ask? You’re invited to the Black Desert Halloween Concert!  

Self-compose a spooktacular song and surprise the GMs (๑°ㅁ°๑)‼✧

Event Period 

- October 16, 2020 (Fri) - October 25, 2020 (Sun) at 23:59  

Event Details 

① The NPC Artina offers 5 new types musical instruments at her instrument shops.  

* The instruments sold at Artina’s shop can only be used by Shai characters.  

② Compose music with an “Eerie/Horror” concept using these 5 types of instruments.  

- The Black Desert GMs will select winners using an internal screening process that considers tone, rhythm, harmony, etc.    

Note: If you violate/infringe a copyright or steal someone else’s composition, you will no longer be eligible to be selected as a winner. Only compositions created by yourself will be accepted for the event participation.    

TIP! Songs which give the GMs goosebumps will have a higher chance of being selected! 

Composition Tips! 

1) After purchasing the new instruments from Artina’s instrument shop, open the Black Desert in-game (new) menu → Community -> Music Album (or just Menu → Music Album in the old menu).   

- You have to use at least 1 of the 5 new instruments for your event participation to be counted.  

2) Press the [Compose] button and compose an approximately spooky song.  

3) Once you’re done composing, press the [Save] button to save it!  

4) On the Compose/Score screen, go to the gear icon underneath Etc. and press the [Share] button.  

5) On the “Save Composition” screen, enter [Halloween] at the start of the song’s title and type in your song’s title afterwards.  

- Your song’s title must start with [Halloween] for your event participation to be counted.  

6) Make sure “Allow Download” and “Register Music” is selected, and turn off “Can be Edited”, then press the [Yes] button to store your song.    

- If the “Allow Download” and “Register Music” option isn’t selected or the name of the person who registers the song doesn’t match the creator’s name, then the submission will not be counted as participating in the event.  

- If “Can be Edited” is turned off, then the composition cannot be re-shared or edited after being downloaded and can only be played.  

③ Adventurers that present spooktacular compositions will be announced in the winners announcement on October 29, 2020 (Thu)!  

④ Event winners will be qualified to perform at the concert. Check out the schedule below to perform at the Black Desert Halloween Concert! ٩(๑• ₃ -๑)۶♥ 

- Note: If you are not logged in and unable to perform at the concert, you will not receive the event rewards.  

Event Rewards 

* Only the Adventurer selected as a winner for the event will receive the event rewards even if the Adventurer performs with other Adventurers at the Black Desert Halloween Concert.
