- Please send us the personal information by January 26, 2018 (Thu) to receive the reward.
- We will send an email to the winners on January 18. So please send us the event name, ID(Account), your name, delivery address and your mobile number to BDTR-cs@pearlabyss.com.
- If you didn’t receive our email, please check your spam mail. If you contact us through our customer support center, we can send the email again.
- The prizes will be shipped based on the latest information in the system you’ve submitted before the deadline for personal information input.

- The prize is scheduled to be sent on February 2, 2018 (Thu). If there are any changes made to the shipping schedule, we will notify you with an announcement.
