Event Details
① During the event, a coupon will be hidden in one of the official notices on the website every day from Monday to Friday.
Once the coupon is revealed, there’ll also be a “hint for the notice” from the system of the Black Desert+ app!
※ Hints will be provided in the form of a mobile push alarm, so please make sure to check if the “Alert Messages” is turned on.
② After finding the reward coupon, you can redeem the coupon with one of the directions below.

※ The coupon reward must be redeemed by 23:59 of the same day as the hint is revealed, so please make sure to redeem the coupon within this period to receive the rewards from Web Storage.
(The reward coupon will be deleted from the notice once the period ends and will no longer be usable.)
※ Please try to reconnect to the game if you cannot find the rewards in your in-game mail (B) after redeeming the coupon.

② Launch Black Desert+ and select [PC – TR].
③ Make sure “Alert Messages” is turned on in the notification settings.
Event Notices
- The coupons can only be redeemed once per Family.
- Entering the wrong coupon code 10 times will prevent you from entering it again for 1 hour.
※ The coupon reward must be redeemed by 23:59 of the same day as the hint is revealed, so please make sure to redeem the coupon within this period to receive the rewards from Web Storage. (The reward coupon will be deleted from the notice once the period ends and will no longer be usable.)
- The mail containing the reward may have an expiration date, so please check the in-game mail for more details.
- Hints will be provided in the form of a mobile push alarm, so please make sure to check if the “Alert Messages” is turned on.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- There may be restrictions on trading/selling event items, and they may have usage expiration dates and different binding settings. These items cannot be transferred or restored due to this reason.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods will result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.
