| CONTENTS

● The Adventurer's Board is now open! It is the space where adventurers chosen as Supporters in the [Now Recruiting Supporter ~] event can share their vast knowledge on all aspects of the Black Desert.

- You can find Adventurer's Board under the Community tab of the new ESC Menu.

 

 

- Adventurer's Board will be marked with an icon saying "NEW."

● Added a new “Marni” server where you can enjoy the Red Battlefield.
- Go to the ESC menu → Red Battlefield to be moved to the Red Battlefield on the Marni server. The Marni server is unaffected by the server change wait time.
- There will be a total of 10 open battlefields in the Marni server Red Battlefield, and the server names displayed in the Red Battlefield window were changed to the battlefield names.
- You will now be able to participate in the Red Battlefield while in a current Node/Conquest War server.
- Changed the Limited Red Battlefield to no longer allow further participants.
- If there are less than 2 people remaining since the start of the Red Battlefield, the Red Battlefield will end after 1 minute has passed and all characters present will be returned to their original location.
- The Red Battlefield rewards will be obtainable once the Red Battlefield finishes successfully.

While the previous Red Battlefield was set up in a way that assigned battlefields to each server, today’s update now changes this into a single, combined form. As a result, you will now be able to enter the Red Battlefield of your choosing without having to switch servers. Thanks to this new format, the Red Battlefield will now be able to have new maps. There’s probably many of you who feel the current map is boring now, so we will do our best to introduce new maps as quickly as possible for you to enjoy.

"We've carried out improvements on all our classes. It's a special occasion for us as the update is based on the opinions of adventurers at the FGT and we'd like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to all those who truly cared for Black Desert to have suggested their point of view during the event. Your opinion is truly valuable to us. Many of the ideas were deliberated in-depth and extensively among the staff in our Black Desert Studio conference to ensure that the following changes would contribute to the overall balance of the game.

 

Today's updates focused on each class' improvements especially with the performance of certain skills. In order to compensate for the decreasing DP efficiency since the release of Succession, we've revised the Bonus Damage Reduction per Displayed DP to have a larger impact on the outcome. However, the benefits of the increase in Bonus Damage Reduction is not exclusive to the higher gear levels as the max value has increased but it can also be incrementally felt from the lower gear levels as well (Difficulty of some monster zones may drop too sharply so this is subject to adjustments). Additional Attack per Displayed AP also has been raised slightly to adjust to the new rise in defense efficiency. Furthermore, Basic Attack Power of Summons has been all set to 100 since the Summoner's Bonus Attack did not apply to their Damage, making them relatively weaker compared to the character as the game progressed. Lastly, to players who are interested in news regarding Awakening related damages, we plan to closely observe the new increases in the defense efficiency and further adjust the Awakening Skills' damage based on the collected data after the update. There are still so many suggestions from the players that we haven't entirely worked out yet but we plan to present them through the Black Desert Global Lab as soon as development is complete."

● Danse Macabre - Changed the skill's Super Armor effect to now apply from the beginning to the end of the entire skill duration.

● Lunatic Discus - Added the Forward Guard effect to the skill right before attacking.

● Lunar Dash I ~ III - Eased the collision range with monsters and other players to smoothen movement during skill use.

● The martial artist "Yulho" from the Kingdom of Haso enters the Pit of the Undying.

- "Yulho" has a low chance to appear as one of your challengers.

- Defeating Yulho will award a greater amount of Seal of the Undying.

 

● According to agents of Barhan Nesser patrolling the Valencia region, Crescent Chief Gatekeepers of Crescent Shrine, Desert Naga Chief Gatekeepers of Desert Naga Temple, Fogan Chief Gatekeepers of Titium Valley, and Cadry Chief Gatekeepers of Cadry Ruins recently took part in Argos's Ritual of Blood and have been reborn. They're not sure exactly how much stronger, but witnesses claim it took five adventurers clad in newly enchanted Tuvala gear of the Crow's Nest to barely take down one gatekeeper.

- According to Barhan's agents, these gatekeepers newly reborn from the ritual of blood have become strong enough to immediately resurrect themselves after being defeated.

- Defeating the reborn gatekeepers will award daring adventurers with even greater rewards.

- Adventurers defeating monsters in the Sherekhan Necropolis will have a low chance of running into an Ancient Sherekhan Soul.

- The Ancient Sherekhan Soul will haunt the adventurer while moving close to Sherekhan fighters nearby.

- Defeat Sherekhan fighters next to the Ancient Sherekhan Soul, which will then start absorbing their souls.

- Once the Ancient Sherekhan Soul absorbs enough fighters' souls, it will finally reveal itself and test the adventurer's might.

- The Ancient Sherekhan Soul only appears during the day.

 

● The Supply Transport Logs of the Fadus have been discovered at Loopy Tree Forest.

- Adventurers defeating monsters in the Loopy Tree Forest have a low chance of running into Fadus packs guarding supplies scheduled for transport.

- Defeat the Fadus packs guarding the supplies to loot them.
