① Selected Adventurers will be sent an “Agreement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information” to their Black Desert account’s email. Please make sure to carefully read the contents and fill it out!
- The Agreement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information must be filled out before: August 18, 2020 (Tue) 23:59
- If the agreement is not completed before this date, you may not receive the prize.
② Adventurers who fill out the “Agreement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information” should complete their preparations for the photoshoot 15 minutes prior to the announced photoshoot time of August 15, 2020 (Sat) 13:00 (GMT+3)!

③ The screenshots from the photoshoot will be made into an actual album that we plan to deliver to you. We hope you’ll understand that there may be delays to the production and delivery schedule, and we will notify you by email once the delivery is ready to be sent.
④ Please check the following before the photoshoot!

- 15 minutes before the photoshoot, please make sure to respond to the GM’s whispers. Your photoshoot may be canceled if you do not respond within a reasonable amount of time. - Please actively listen and respond to the GM’s instructions/guidance! |
※ Event Notices
- Selected Adventurers will receive an “Agreement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information” in order for us to ship their prizes. Adventurers will be contacted by the email address provided when they signed up for membership on the official website, so please make sure to check this email.
- As previously announced, selected Adventurers must fill out and submit the “Agreement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information” sent to their email by August 18. 2020 (Tue) 23:59. If they do not submit the form within this period, they will not receive the event prizes.
- Please check your spam mailbox/filter if you do not receive this email. If you wish for us to re-send this email, please contact us via the Support page before August 18, 2020 (Tue) at 23:59.
- Winner privileges cannot be transferred or given to another individual, and the specified prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value or other prizes.
- Prizes will be delivered in order once your submission of the “Agreement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information” is confirmed, and we will notify you once the delivery is ready to be sent.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- If your account is restricted for violating the Terms of Service/Operational Policy, you may be disqualified and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.
