* The event EXP+ buff will not be applied to EXP obtained through quests.
* The mount EXP buff will stack with existing EXP buffs, such as Scrolls, Elixirs, and Value Packs.

① Train a horse until it reaches level 15 or higher.
② Obtain “[Event] Imperial Training Delivery Invoice” for imperial horse delivery during the event period.
