On April 30 (Thu), there was an issue where some Adventurers were unable to obtain loot after defeating the World Boss “Garmoth” on certain servers (Serendia-2).
We sincerely apologize to our Adventurers who experienced this issue one week ago, and as a token of our appreciation for your patience and understanding, we will be sending “Garmoth Reward Bundle (Advanced)” as compensation.

■ Compensation Details
- Adventurers who have at least one login record between April 30 (Thu) at 22:55 until April 30 (Thu) at 23:55 will be eligible to receive compensation.

* The compensation will be sent via in-game mail (B) during the maintenance on May 13, 2020 (Wed). This mail will expire on May 20, 2020 (Wed) at 23:59.
This issue where some Adventurers were unable to obtain loot after defeating the World Boss Garmoth on Serendia-2 servers has been fixed, and there will be a total of 1 additional spawns of the World Boss Garmoth starting from May 12 (Tue).
