Event 1. Guardian Update Celebration Level-Up Challenge!

① Reach the levels below with a Guardian character during the event period.

Event 2. Share Guardian's EXP!
Event Period
- January 22, 2020 (Wed) after maintenance ~ February 5, 2020 (Wed) before maintenance
How to Participate
① After logging in with a Guardian character that is level 7 or higher, click the ‘Tag Character’ icon in the upper-left of your game window.
② Select the character that will receive Guardian’s shared EXP, and click the ‘Tag’ button.
* However, both the character that will receive the shared EXP and the Guardian character must be in the same town to link the two characters with the Tag setting. Please refer to the details in the ‘Character’s Tag Setting’ for more information.
③ Once the characters have been linked with the Tag setting, EXP will be stored on the tagged character when the Guardian character earns Combat/Skill EXP.
* However, the amount of EXP per level earned from defeating the same monster may differ from the stored EXP.
④ The stored EXP can be received by the ‘Tagged Character’ once the tagged character logs in. (The stored EXP on the tagged character can still be received after the event ends.)
Event 3. Traces of the Eternal Winter

① During the event period, defeat monsters, gather, or fish for a chance to get the following items.

* ‘[Event] Necklace of Eternal Winter’ will not receive the effects of increased enhancement chances; failing or succeeding to enhance this item will not affect the enhancement chance number.
* ‘[Event] Necklace of Eternal Winter’ (includes enhanced versions) and ‘[Event] Snow Crystal of Eternal Winter’ will be removed when the event ends.
* The items cannot be obtained through Water Scooping and using a Shovel.
② Enhance the ‘[Event] Necklace of Eternal Winter’ and hand the item over to the NPC Devarsha to obtain rewards!

② Purchase the Marni’s Stone among the ones listed in the ‘Needed Research Materials’ above.
* You cannot accept or complete the event quests with the Marni’s Stones not listed above.
③ Interact with Wacky Toshi while holding Marni’s Stone and accept the ‘Toshi’s Request’ quest that is applicable to the held Marni’s Stone.

④ Defeat monsters for the purchased Marni’s Stones to collect samples.
⑤ Complete the sample collection for Marni’s Stone x5, and hand them over to Wacky Toshi to obtain [Event] Wacky Toshi's Seal x5.
* You must hand over the 5 of the same Marni’s Stone in order to complete the quest.
* The amount of Combat EXP you receive for handing over the Marni’s Stone through this quest will be the same as normally handing over the Marni’s Stone.
⑥ Exchange the [Event] Wacky Toshi's Seal that you’ve collected for the items below.

※ Event Notices
[Event 1. Guardian Update Celebration Level-Up Challenge!]
- The ‘Inventory Expansion Coupon’ will be bound to the character that received the rewards, and cannot be transferred to a different character.
- The Level Up Challenge can only be completed once per Family. (If there are 2 or more of the same character, the character that reached the level first will complete the Challenge.)
[Event 2. Share Guardian's EXP!]
- This event only allows you to store the EXP earned by a Guardian character; other classes cannot be used to store EXP.
- Only the Combat and Skill EXP gained by defeating monsters on the Guardian character will be shared. EXP gained through other methods, such as through quests, Marni’s Stone, Black Spirit’s Training, and Life Content, will not be stored on the tagged character.
- The character receiving the shared EXP can only collect the stored EXP until level 59 at 99.99%. EXP collected after this level will be lost.
- If the character receiving the shared EXP is level 60 or higher, the character can only receive Skill EXP.
- Tagged characters cannot use Black Spirit’s Training. However, you can still use the Book of Training item, so please be careful.
- Untag characters to be able to use Black Spirit’s Training.
- Make to receive all stored EXP before untagging or changing the tagged character.
- Increased EXP buffs, such as Value Pack and Hot Time, will be applied when Combat and Skill EXP is stored. However, the EXP increase buffs will not be received when receiving the stored EXP.
- EXP loss from dying on the Guardian character will not affect stored EXP.
[Event 4. 50% Off Book of Training & Black Spirit’s Training EXP +50%!]
- Please refer to the in-game Pearl Shop (F3) for the details and images of each product.
- The sales period of products sold for this event may be extended or ended early.
- Each event product may be purchased once per Family every day, and the purchase limit resets daily at midnight.
- Only Characters level 50 or higher can use the [Event] Book of Training - Combat/Skill item.
[Event 5. Wacky Toshi’s Graduation Thesis]
- The quest ‘Toshi’s Request’ can be completed once per Family every day.
-You can only select and accept one of the ‘Toshi’s Request’ quests at a time. If you want to select a different quest, you must forfeit any accepted quests and re-select a quest.
- You can only accept the ‘Toshi’s Request’ quests that are applicable to the Marni’s Stones in your possession.
(Example: If you are holding ‘Marni's Stone (Desert Naga) ll’ and ‘Marni's Stone (Basilisk) ll’ in your inventory, you can only accept the quests ‘[Event] Toshi's Request (Desert Naga) II ’ and ‘[Event] Toshi's Request (Basilisk) II’.)
- You must accept the quest ‘Toshi’s Request’ before handing over the Marni’s Stone to fulfill the quest conditions.
- The event quests and event Marni’s Stone will be removed when the event ends.
[Event 6. Giddy Up! Mount EXP Hot Time!]
- This event applies to all servers, including the Olvia server.
- The event EXP buff will not be applied to EXP gained through quests.
- The Mount EXP+ buff will stack with existing increased EXP buffs, such as Scrolls, Elixirs, and Value Packs.
[Event 7. Guardian Update Celebration Special Hot Time!]
- The Hot Time event applies to all servers, including the Olvia server.
- The Item Drop Rate increase buff will not be applied in the Arsha server.
- The event EXP increase buff will not be applied to EXP gained through quests.
- The Combat EXP event buff will not be applied to characters below level 50. However, the Skill EXP buff is not affected by levels.
- The Combat/Skill EXP event buff will stack with existing increased EXP buffs, such as Scrolls, Elixirs, and Value Packs.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods will result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.
- There may be restrictions on trading/selling event items, and they may have usage expiration dates and different binding settings. These items cannot be transferred or restored due to this reason.
- Please refer to the in-game item description for details on whether the item is bound.
