① Go to the Mysterious Axe that was discovered in the Ancient Stone Chamber.

② Accept the quest ‘[Event] The True Master of the Axe’ from the Soldier near the Mysterious Axe and begin your journey to find the true master of the axe.

④ Once you’ve accepted the quest ‘[Event] For the Unstable Soul’, you can accept the quests to obtain each Ouk Pill from the NPCs Roig Mills/Ernill/Buntt.
