G-STAR 2019 - the biggest event for the game industry in South Korea will be hosted on November 14th, 2019 in Busan, and Pearl Abyss plans to be there!

So, why are we sharing this news with you? Well, that’s because...

As mentioned bri~efly during the previous Voice of Adventurers, we are going to officially begin the Pearl Abyss Meet & Greet Project!

■ Application Period: Until October 18th, 2019 (Sunday) 23:59 GMT+8

■ Number Invited: 2

■ Requirements:  

1. Must be over the age of 18 years old; a citizen of one of the following countries: Republic of Turkey or one of the MENA Countries; have a Black Desert account with a Family name
2. Must be able to travel to Korea according to the schedule below
3. Must have a passport with an expiration that is 3 months or more after the departure date

※ A language-capable guide will be available at all times for guidance and interpretation. 

※ Depending on the circumstances of the flight scheduling, the scheduled date of your arrival in Korea may be on November 14th or 15th (Wed). If your flight is scheduled to arrive on the 15th, then your schedule for the 15th will be different. 

■ Event Notice

- Winners will be announced on the official website and informed through their personal email on October 23rd, 2019 (Wed)

- You will be excluded from the event if you do not agree to the collection and use of your personal information

- Pearl Abyss will pay for flight tickets, hotels, transportation and meals.
- Departure/Arrival dates will be announced separately after the winners are announced. If the separately announced departure/arrival dates are not possible for the winner, then the winner will be disqualified and another winner will be selected. 

- Visa fees will be paid by the participant. If a visa is required to enter South Korea, the participant must prepare in advance and handle all affairs related to visa issuance.
- Pearl Abyss will not be responsible if your entry to Korea is blocked due to a passport or visa issue. 

- Photos and videos may be recorded during the event. You will be asked for your agreement regarding the usage of images and videos in the event application, and you will be excluded from the event if you do not agree to those terms. 

- The event prize is not transferable to a 3rd-party.
- Personal information, such as passport information, will be collected during the event application with the applicant’s agreement.

- All information provided in the application form will be destroyed once its purpose is fulfilled.

- You cannot participate in this event if you were restricted for violating the Operational Policy or Terms of Service within the past 6 months.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
