[Update] [Hotfix] 09/27 Update Details

We have made updates to the game on 09/27.

● Fixed the issue where the character inventory weight is applied abnormally in special cases.
- Adventurers must restart the Black Desert launcher to apply the necessary update in order to use normal inventory weight.
