1. Make a character that you will apply the rare character name with (Just make one up!)

2. Please send us a Customer Support ticket by December 14 with the title [CBT review EVENT].

(Please write down the character name so that we can change it to rare character name!)

3. The GMs will change the character names that you’ve already made!

- The winners are listed with the email accounts that you signed up with.



- If you are a winner, please make a character before December 14, and send your character name through Customer Support. After you send us your character name, we will change it during the following week’s maintenance. Please make sure you send your character name after you create a character. The reward can’t be sent if the character name you sent through Customer Support does not exist in the family.



-Please send us the personal information by December 8, 2017 (Fri) to receive the mouse pad.



- We will send an email to the winners on December 1 (From BDTR-cs@pearlabyss.com), so please reply back with the event name, ID, your name, delivery address and your mobile number.



- If you didn’t receive our email, please check your spam mail. If you contact us through our customer support center, we will send the email again.



- The prizes will be shipped based on the latest information in the system you’ve submitted before the deadline for personal information input.



* If you submit incorrect personal information you may be omitted from prize shipping, so please be careful when sending us your information.



- The prize is scheduled to be sent, starting on 2017/12/15 (Thu), we will make a notice about this if there are any changes made to details on shipping.



- The prize can be subject to change, to a product within the same price range, based on the availability of stock.



- You will be disqualified from the event if you try to gain unfair advantage by using improper methods to win the prize.
