We have recently confirmed an issue in which some Adventurers received rank rewards without normally participating in a match of Shadow Arena: Battle Royale.

After confirming this issue, we took steps to prevent these abnormal methods. Then we investigated the Shadow Arena: Battle Royale records related to gameplay and rank rewards. The results of our investigation have shown that some Adventurers were intentionally abusing a system bug to receive ranking rewards without any record of gameplay.  

Therefore, restrictive measures were applied to the following accounts:

※ In the case of reward items being already used, the amount of silver equal to the value of the items will be deducted from the account.

We will continue to take serious measures against Adventurers exploiting in-game system errors and bugs. Please contact our Customer Support immediately should you encounter one.
