Thank you to all of our Adventurers who love Black Desert.



Those of us at Black Desert have been diligently working to block users of illegal programs.

Nevertheless, even with our strong measure of game restrictions against users caught with illegal programs, there has been a drastic increase in the number of illegal program users, creating inconveniences for many Adventurers.



Starting today, in order to block these kinds of illegal programs, we have implemented a new system that will automatically shutdown any client with abnormal gameplay. Rest assured that this new system will be unnoticeable for those playing the game normally.



On top of that, we will be cracking down even harder on illegal program users. Please be aware that any violation of our Operational Policy, even if it’s not illegal program usage, may result in game restrictions



Looking forward, Black Desert will continue to strive for a healthy gameplay environment. If an Adventurer ever encounters abnormal gameplay from another user, please report them to the official Black Desert Customer Support.
