Here are some guides on Central Market!
1. Is there a way to see the recently updated prices on the Central Market without checking it?
A: In the current Central Market, Adventurers register items on the market and the information is updated when the buyer clicks on the item they want to purchase. We are currently looking for ways to improve the notification function.
2. I can’t tell how much the standard price of an item increased or decreased in the category Price-changing Items.
A: As of the maintenance on January 23, 2019, you can see the increase/decrease of prices in Price-changing Items.
3. The maximum price of certain items no longer increases therefore cannot be sold/purchased at the desired price.
A: Prices are now more actively updated according to demand and pre-orders of Adventurers since January 23rd update.
4. Prices are different for each pearl item.
A: Unlike the old Marketplace, all item prices will now fluctuate according to the demands and pre-orders of Adventurers.
5. It’s hard to see what pearl items are in stock.
A: Currently, the Central Market displays number of items in stock. After the update on January 23rd, the Central Market will also show how many items are registered and the number of pre-orders.
6. The pre-order I placed at the maximum price was canceled.
A: It may seem as if your pre-order was canceled when the price of the item changes. However, you will be able to see that your pre-order is still there if you have not canceled the pre-order and the price returns to the previous price.
7. Why can’t I register an item even though I never used any Caphras Stones on it?
A: As of the maintenance on January 23, 2019, weapons, armor, and accessories that are DUO or below can be moved to the Central Market Warehouse.
For weapons, armor, and accessories that are TRI or above and are enhanced with Caphras stones, a new message has been added saying that "You must extract the Caphras Stones in the item before you can move it to the warehouse".
8. Silver stored in the warehouse, items that I’m selling, and the payment for the items I sold seem to disappear!
A: Please check to see if the silver was deposited from your Town Storage to the Central Market Warehouse.
Also, it may be difficult to notice items that are sold immediately as the silver is sent directly to your Warehouse. We are working hard to make improvements so that it is more convenient for Adventurers to see where the silver is going.
9. The number of registered items doesn’t seem accurate on the Central Market.
A: Central Market sales list only displays items that are in-stock at that very moment.
We plan to change the feature so that items that are registered for sales can be reflected in the numbers as well. Number of registered items for sale is now displayed in Central Market since January 23rd update.
