There have been some unfortunate incidents on our official website, where certain people have impersonated a GM and spread false rumours. We are truly sorry that such an uncomfortable incident has happened, and would like to apologize to all the Adventurers that are using our Turkey & MENA service.
All the official opinions of our Black Desert Operation team will only be shared via “Notice”. Please rest assured that we will never convey our official position in any other way than our notices.
Based on our Operation Policy, the offender has been restricted for impersonating a GM. We are also contemplating the possibility of alawsuit, because this offender tried to spread false rumours that may affect our game services. Additional security measures have been applied to our official GM accounts to avoid this incident again. We strive to keep our accounts safe.
Due to these recent events, some of you have been worried about the status of the Turkey & MENA service.
However, as you all know, Turkey & MENA is a region where Pearl Abyss is providing direct service. In a rush to provide the latest contents to our Adventurers, we introduced the Central Market to you faster than any other region. We sincerely apologize for not catching your feedback as fast as we should have, and for giving such discomfort to our Adventurers.
We promise to only provide content that has been verified by thorough testing on our Global Lab, when updating the Turkey & MENA server. Also, as always, we will work harder to provide the best services to you.
