A new Central Market has been introduced to Black Desert with our latest update on December 26th.

Many Adventurers have a lot of questions regarding new Market, and here are the answers to those which were asked most often. Please check below for details.

1. Users who gained huge profits because of abnormal market prices get to keep it?

All additional profits gained due to abnormal market prices of selected items were already deducted from corresponding accounts. In case of users who have used the silver obtained in such way, the same amount was set as minus balance in their Central Market Warehouse. However, there was an issue in which minus balance was not properly displayed, so even though the profits were deducted it looked as the amount of silver was not changed, which might have confused some users. We apologize for this occurrence. The issue was solved today through additional client patch and minus balances are now properly displayed.

2. What happens if Central Market Warehouse is set to minus balance?

It is not possible to purchase any items from the Central Market Warehouse until an amount equal to minus balance is added to market warehouse.

3. Why the prices of some items in NPC stores are lower than their Central Market price?

There is a difference in Central Market price for some items which require certain amity to purchase them in NPC store, since both silver and amity are consumed when purchasing them from NPC. Deducting amity with NPC when purchasing selected items was present in the game before introducing Central Market and there was no changes applied to this content.

4. Is there no limit to the number of Pearl Items that can be registered in Central Market?

As mentioned in Patch Notes from December 26th, the limit of Pearl Items possible to register in Central Market was removed until January 23rd, 2019, to celebrate the opening of new market place.

5. Are Marketplace Maids useless now?

Marketplace Maids will allow you to put or take out items from your Central Market warehouse without having to visit marketplace manager directly.
