Hello Adventurer,



This is The MMORPG, Black Desert.



 



We made the following announcement about the changes that was made to the new Pet Exchange feature after the maintenance on October 31st.



 



- Notice - Measures to Resolve Pet Exchange Issue 11/1 (Thu)



- Notice - Tier 3 pet exchange with The Wizard Gosphy has been blocked



 



We have resolved the issues that was mentioned previously from our announcement as of the maintenance on November 7.



 



We understand that this may have caused inconvenience for some of our Adventurers. As a result, we plan to take the following action to remedy the issue that affected some Adventurers.



 



For specific details, please refer to the information below.



 



1) Initialization of Pet Related Information for Some Adventurers



 



■ Subject





  • Any adventurer who had their pet information initialized following the Maintenance Update of October 31st and prior to the Temporary Maintenance Update of November 1st.





 



■ Action





  • Restoration of consumed feed and deleted pet due to the initialization of pets following the Maintenance Update of October 31st and prior to the Maintenance Update of November 1st.




  • Lost items will be disbursed via mail following the Maintenance Update of November 7




  • In the case of restored pets that were purchased from the Pearl Shop, purchasers are eligible for a refund of their purchase in pearls in the event that they apply for a refund. Purchases who choose to do so will have their purchased pets retrieved.





 

2) Issue regarding Wizard Gosphy not available for use following Tier 3 pet exchanges


 



■ Subjects





  • Adventurers who used the materials to trade Tier 3 pets between the Maintenance of October 31st (Wed) and November 2nd(Fri).





■ Actions





  • When sending a ticket through [Support > Customer Support], the pet that came as a result of the trade will be deleted and the used pets will be restored.




  • Customer Support Period:  November 21st, 2018 (Wed), before maintenance




  • After the maintenance of November 7th,  the Tier 3 Wizard Gosphy pets will be changed in order to be tradeable.







■ When sending a ticket through [Support > Customer Support], please include the following items in your inquiry:



 





  • The type of the pet acquired in the trade, The Tier and the name chosen by the Adventurer, the date that the pet was obtained.





          (Ex: Cat, Tier 3, Nhiau, October 31st)



        



■ Disbursement Date



 





  • Applying before November 14th before maintenance:  Disbursement scheduled to take place on the November 21st Maintenance Update





 





  • Applying after the November 14th Maintenance Update and prior to the November 21st Maintenance Update: Disbursement scheduled to take place on the November 28th Maintenance Update




  • Pets lower than tier 3 that were used in the exchange with the Wizard Gosphy will not be included in the pet restoration procedure.




  • If the pet is used in an exchange after submitting the inquiry, the deleted pets will not be restored.
