Hello Adventurers!
As you may know, many Adventures come together and duke it out in Node Wars.
As the limit on the number of nodes a guild can occupy was removed, we’ve implemented the ‘Chance to Occupy’ limit to stop major guilds from taking control of all the nodes.
However, this system made it difficult to keep track of the number of times a member has actually participated in Node Wars.
Therefore, we have reworked how members can participate in Node War to help decrease the time needed to prepare and make it easier to know who is participating. Guild members will be rewarded according to their contribution during Node War.
So! Let’s find out how the procedure will
changed.
◈ Key Changes to Node War
Guilds will now take applications from members that wants to participate in Node War.
It’s similar to the previous ‘Chance of Occupy’, but much simpler.
Once Node War is over, guild members can apply to participate in the next Node War.
e.g.) After the end of the Node War, guild masters/officers can decide on when the next Node War will be. Then the members can show their intent to participate in the upcoming Node War before it starts.
Guild masters/officers can end applications for Node War participation by clicking ‘End Applications’ button in the bottom of the ‘Guild Member Status’ window.
Members can request to participate in Node War individually while application is available.
Members can always change their participation status while application is still available, however, once application ends, additional applications cannot be received. So members will need to plan ahead and apply.
However, what if not enough members applied to participate even on War Day, or key members are not include? Guild masters/officers can ‘Select Additional Participants’ and include certain members. They can only include up to 5 members using this method. Once it’s been confirmed, it cannot be changed.
You’ll find all the key changes listed below.
# Participation system for Node War is going to be changed to the guild member application system. # Guild masters/officers can select up to 5 members after the application ends. The members cannot be changed after they’ve been confirmed. # Guild members that did not apply to participate cannot fight in Node War. # Guild masters/officers must finish constructing their fort and end applications before 20:00. # Guilds must have at least 10 members (including the members that applied and selected) participating to fight Node War. (The number of members is required to participate in Node War, however, all the members that applied or were selected do not have to fight in the Node War.) # Guild Members that participated in Node War will be given ‘Medals’ depending on the result of the war. # Guild Alliances can fight in Node War by fulfilling the same requirements mentioned above. |

1) Participating in Node War
After Node War is over, Guild master/officer can click the ‘End Applications’ button in the bottom of the ‘Guild Member Status’ window to end applications.
Guild members can select their ‘Participation’ status for Node War individually. (‘Chance to Occupy’ has been changed to ‘Participation’)
Guild masters/officers can change the participation status of members while applications are available.
Guild members can freely change their participation status until the application ends.
Only the guild masters/officers can end the application period. After it ends, guild masters/officers are able to add up to 5 members in the ‘Participant Confirmation’ window.
Guild members that were not selected and did not apply to participate before the end of the application cannot fight in the Node War.
Participation status of members cannot be changed once the participants have been confirmed.
2) Fort Construction & Node War Rules
Depending on the number of participants the guild has, guild masters/officers can choose a node to construct their fort in.
There must be at least 10 guild members participating in Node War (excluding extra recruits) to end recruitment.
Guilds must construct their forts and end application before 20:00 to participate in Node War that day.
Now, guilds can participate in Node War by selecting a node allowed by their total number of participants and construct a fort in it. If the fort is removed, the guild must build a new one before 20:00 to be able to participate in Node War. (Please refer to the table of node levels)
Node War takes place at 21:00 - 23:00. Only confirmed participants can fight in the Node War during this time.
Guilds must conquer at least one level 3 or 4 node to participate in Conquest War.
All nodes will be divided by levels starting once the update is released.

3) Node War & Rewards
Rewards are given depending on the results of the Node War.
Guilds that win the war receive guild funds according to the node level.
(The obtainable amount of guild funds will be changed if the guild occupies a node at each level)
3. Guild members will receive ‘Medals’ depending on the war results. They can be exchanged for items through the Guild Manager NPCs in each town. (Medal system will be implemented later, and is not yet included in the game)
Once the Node War that the guild participated in ends, the participation status of all members will be reset to ‘No’.
Guild Masters/officers can start the application for the next Node War after the Node War ends.
‘Conquest Status’ in the Guild window (G) will be changed to ‘Node/Conquest War Status’. You’ll be able to see how active an Adventurer was during Node/Conquest War on that day.
(Points will be awarded to Adventurers that fight in Node/Conquest War according to the table shown below.)

* Additional Medals will be rewarded to Adventurers that scored in the top 5% out of the guilds that won the war.
* Adventurers that got 1st place in points will have additional rewards sent to their mailbox. This mail will expire 1 day after it is sent. (Additional rewards for points will be added later, and are not yet included in the game)
1st place Adventurer in level 1,2 Node War: Max HP +300 for 4 hours
1st place Adventurer in level 3,4 Node War: Max HP +500 for 4 hours
