This is The MMORPG, Black Desert.

First and foremost, we would like to thank our Adventurers that continue to show their love and support for Black Desert.

We’ve received several reports about users playing the game in an unfair manner. As many of you already know, we’ve been restricting users who violate the Operations Policy or use illegal programs every week to create a fair gaming environment.

The Black Desert Operations Team used these reports to check the current situation and to figure out a solution quickly. We understand that many Adventurers were inconvenienced by the few that used these illegal programs to gain unwarranted advantages over others

The gravity of this situation was taken seriously, and the Black Desert Operations Team have been working to quickly resolve the situation.However, we wanted to be careful so that we do not restrict Adventurers that have played the game in a fair manner.

Therefore, a thorough investigation was done to ensure this process would not penalize those Adventurers.

As a result, the following process has taken longer than we had hoped. We would like to announce that the situation was resolved and restrictive measures were enforced on users who violated our terms of service.

We would like to point out that we do not tolerate use of illegal programs under any circumstances and we are committed to maintaining a user-friendly community. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and enforce restrictive measures if needed.
