[Resolved Issues]

● We are aware of the issue where Lahn's facial expression is awkward when certain customization is applied.

● We are aware of the issue when you click on Promotion tab after clicking Hot&New, sliding arrows would not work as intended. We are working on this issue.

● We are aware of the issue where the quest, Torenandu's Declaration of War' cannot be proceeded.

● We are aware of the issue where the awakening weapon of Lahn is abnormally displayed. This is due the the awakening has not been updated yet, and the issue will be fixed after the upcoming update.

● We are aware of the issue where Combat, Life, Special Fames are currently displayed as 0 on My Information Window.

- However, please note that the Family Fame Benefits will still be correctly applied.

● We are aware of the issue where number of registered items on the list and number of registered items on Purchase UI are different when items are registered at the same price.

● We are aware of the issue where it is difficult to distinguish whether an item is from In Stock list or Registered for Sales list if pre-order is made at Standard Price.

● We are aware of the issue where additional HP recovery effect would not be properly applied when the character is debuffed and working on a fix, we will share the exact time when it is fixed.

● We are aware of the issue where quantity restriction of registering Pearl Items in Central Market is not updated immediately after purchasing a Transaction Maid unless you go to Character Selection and return to game.

● We are aware of the issue where if you defeat a monster that is charging, chasing, or moving quickly, the loot's on-screen location is different from the loot's actual location which makes it difficult to obtain the items.

● We are aware of the issue where there is a sinkhole around the entrance into Altinova.

● We are aware of the issue where the quest 'Do You See That? Right There!/ can be accepted but cannot complete the quest even after destroying Stone Waragon Egg.

 - This issue will be fixed after the next maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue where your Maximum Energy has been reduced by 1 due to the change of requirement to obtain all knowledge for Waragon in Valencia from 5 to 6.

● We are aware of the issue where the guild mount cannot be found when the number of resets for the guild mount has been dead/destroyed is 256 or more.

● We are aware of the issue where some nearby objects are not being properly displayed intermittently.

● We are aware of an issue where the UI for the Cross Roads Main Quests is occasionally not displayed after completing the "Paying Off Debts" quest.

 - As a temporary solution, you can change servers or reconnect to your character to resolve the issue.

● The issue where you could receive duplicated items from Black Spirit's Safe has been fixed.

 - However, items that were obtained incorrectly from this issue will be collected.

● We are aware of the issue where Archer's Canape Crossbow cannot be dyed.

● We are aware of the issue where the game client shuts down if you press button in Central Market.

● We are aware of the graphical issue where some objects faraway are not being properly displayed.

● [Central Market] We are aware of the issue where the texts, pre-order and listed items, are displayed being overlapped.

● We are aware of the issue where Soldiers escaping from Red Orc imprisonment are behaving abnormally near the Orc Camp area.

● We are aware of the issue where the enhancement level is incorrectly displayed for equipment under +12 enhancement in the buy window after selecting it to buy. (Any sell group that has 2 or more enhancement levels in one category)

 -> If the item you select to buy is registered on the Central Market, then you will receive the enhancement level you selected and the correct amount of silver will be deducted.

● We are investigating the issue where you can highlight your message by entering '@+character name' in the chatting window is not currently working.

●  We are aware of an issue where adventurers who have completed all the series of The Uncharted Sea, History of Margoria quests prior to when it was revamped on April 3rd and adventurers who have completed parts of the Treasure of the Ancient Shrine I - IV cannot complete the Discovered and Undiscovered quest.

● We are investigating the issue where the Red Nose spawned by an Adventurer during [Boss] Red Nose: Engulfed in Darkness is killed by other Red Nose which another Adventurer spawned, and therefore, the quest in progress can't be completed.

● We are aware of the issue where some of the skill guide icons of all classes are not correctly displayed.

● [Archer] We are aware of the issue where some skills do not inflict damage after knockdown.

● Fixed the issue where placement of participation button on War Hero list changes whenever the window is updated.

● [Shadow Arena] Fixed the issue where result screen was not displayed when a match ends while spectating.

● Fixed the issue where the quest 'The Lively Instructor' is not finished upon completion during the tutorial.

● [Shadow Arena] Fixed the issue where the barrier at the start location often disappears.

● We are aware of the issue that Crimson Baron's Accessories are not available in the guild shop. This will be fixed after next week maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue where the Witch character occasionally jumps before teleporting when using the Teleport skill. This issue will be fixed next week

● We are aware of the issue where Striker's skill 'Ferocious Assault' cannot be used when Black Spirit's Rage is locked by pressing ALT + B. -> This issue is expected to be fixed during maintenance next week.

● There is an issue where the camera does not show the area that player selected for dye. This will be fixed after next week maintenance, Nov 14th.

● There is an issue where items from Halloween Nightmares Event would not be visible in the inventory.

 - This issue will be fixed during the next maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue where the Halloween quest '[Event] My Dark Half' is still being displayed in the New Quest tab.

 - This quest cannot be accepted or completed.

● Fishes from a distant ocean have started to appear.

● The Halloween event monster Spook is appearing in the servers that have Node/Conquest War. This is expected to be at a later date.

● We have stopped spawning Mischievous Jack as it was spawning abnormally. - You also cannot use Halloween Pumpkin Seed, High-Quality Halloween Pumpkin Seed, and Special Halloween Pumpkin Seed obtainable from Mischievous Jack.

● We are aware of the issue where you cannot scroll after selecting 'Desired Skill' when changing horse skills.

● We are aware the Camera Afterimage Effects is not applied even after the settings are changed in Remastered Mode.

● We are aware of the issue where the node level and the maximum number of participants are not being displayed in the World Map.

● We are aware of the issue where the button that is displayed after clicking on the sale category in the Pearl Shop is not displayed in Turkish.

● We are aware of the issue where the world bosses are intermittently not spawning in the server Balenos 1.

● We are aware of an issue where the shadow is abnormally displayed on NPC Deve’s face when having conversation with.conversation with.

● We are aware of an issue with Arduanatt of which Double Jump isn’t often available.

● We are aware of an issue some stones are floating in the air at a specific place.

●We are aware that there is an issue where the Video Guide and Skill Combo Video Guide is not being displayed.

● We are aware of the issue where you cannot exchange or use '[Event] Halloween Candy' temporarily. This issue is expected to be resolved next week. (Keep it somewhere safe!

● Icons of Jewel Embedded Stone and Well-polished Sole in Crafting Notes are not being displayed correctly. This will be fixed during next Maintenance (10/17)next Maintenance (10/17)

● We are aware of the issue where you cannot interact with 'A Book Written In An Ancient Language', the target for the main quest 'Now That You Can Read...' in Valencia Part II. This issue is expected to be resolved during maintenance on 10/10 (Wed).

● We are aware the Trader's League of Valencia Desert are not showing up.are not showing up.

 - This issue is expected to be resolved during next week's scheduled maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue where the pillar of light does not appear when using navigation.

● There is an issue where the contrast on the background is too high when playing in-game cut scenes under Remastered version.Remastered version.

● There is an issue where a character can’t go up due to out of breath at a certain point under Junaid River.

● There is an issue with Breeding Count Reset button, which is displayed on a horse which is breeding.

● We are aware Adventurers are not able to accept/complete the following 2 quests. They are expected to be fixed during maintenance on 09/12 (Wed).

● We are aware of the issue where the item name for 'Valk's Armor: Resistance' is currently displayed as 'Valks' Necklace: Resistance'. This will be fixed during next week maintenance.

● There is an issue in which Frenzied Destroyer skill of Berserker class cannot be used intermittently. We are currently working to fix it as soon as possible.

● There is an issue where the screen goes black when the screen resolution is changed.

- Solution: Move your character to return your screen to normal.

● The Renown Score system is miscalculating some Adventurers’ Renown Scores. (like when it needs to be 500, it showes 501 or 502).

● Number 2 slot is missing from the dye slot of the Serendia Soldier Outfit.

● We are aware of the issue where you cannot scroll after selecting 'Desired Skill' when changing horse skills.

● We are aware of the issue where a first forced-hit of a character does not decrease Karma. This will be resolved next maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue where certain Challenges are being displayed in grey even though they are able to be completed (able to collect rewards).

● Videos which should be accessed by clicking on Guide Videos button are not displayed correctly.

● Fixed the issue where Kreator would not appear.

● Fixed the issue where you are not able to fish at certain locations in Heidel and Mediah.

● Fixed the issue where the camera perspective was awkward during Observe Mode in Remastered Mode or Ultra Mode.

● Fixed the issue where Atanis Firefly would flicker in certain areas.

● Fixed the issue where the Place Mode window of Garden would be displayed abnormally if connecting to client for the first time after Graphic setting was changed.

● Fixed the issue where the character would get stuck and couldn’t move around in certain areas of Gorgo Rock Belt.

● We are aware of an issue where the color information would remain in the dye window when your character is attacked while in the dye page.

● We are aware of the issue where guild funds cannot be collected.

● We are aware of the issue where some of the previous version Main Quests (not the renewal version) are not progressed as intended.

-> We are aware of the issue where Valk's Cry and Fairy's Blessing are not used when progressing the renewed Main Quests.

-> We are aware of the issue where Fairy Queen Theiah quest can't be accepted when progressing the renewed Main Quests.

● We are aware of the issue where the quest [Special Gift] Travelling Light II cannot be completed after using reward item [Event] Value Pack (1 Day) upon completion of quest [Special Gift] I.

● There is an issue where Skill EXP cannot be cumulated further once it reaches a certain amount after tagging Archer with another character.  - Archer is able to gain Skill EXP correctly.  - For all Adventurers who are playing Archer and another character together by using character tag system, please transfer the cumulated EXP before reaching character Lv.55. Also after Lv.55, please transfer the cumulated EXP to another character every 3 hours at least.

● We are aware of the issue where some monster's HP is abnormally applied.  - Gyfin Rhasia Statue of Earth / Boss Monster Gehaku and Saunil Siege Captain from Ancient Relic Crystal Shard / Magram from Pila Fe Scroll.

● We are aware of the issue where items that had not been enhanced by Caphras Stone are also subject to Capharas Stone extraction.

● There is an issue with Altinova Freight Wagon that it does not deliver shipment correctly.

● We are aware of the issue where pushing the 'Enter' key after applying an appearance from the Beauty Album will reset it to its previous state.

● We are aware of the issue where pets often don't pick items.

● [Kunoichi, Ninja] • We are aware of the issue where the buff effect doesn’t get activated when Kunoichi, Ninja use Ninjutsu: Block Jump.

● We are aware of the issue where the shipping routes between Sand Grain Bazaar and Altinova is abnormal.

● During the main quest, no sound is emitted during the cut scene that is played by the NPC Margaret at the Delphe Knights Castle.

● There is an issue where pearl item horse gear appears to be worn out despite its Barding is 100% of durability.

● We are aware of the issue where there's information in Crafting Notes about fish which isn't actually available in game.

● We are aware of the issue where notification about Value Pack is not displayed if an item is sold by pre-order.

● We are aware of the issue where "Great Desert Expedition Log V" is displayed as UNKNOWN.

● We are aware of the issue where "Avg. Survival Time" in Shadow Arena displays incorrect values.

● We are aware of the issue where the stone tower in Shadow Arena is displayed as already constructed at the beginning and re-constructed before shooting Black Spirits.

● We are aware of the issue where AP of Kunoichi's sub-weapon is not applied to total damage.

● We are aware of the issue where Black Sprit bounces when moving forward under the possession.

● We are aware of the issue where number of Waiting to Sell and Waiting to Purchase are not displayed in Central Market.

● We are aware of the issue where the barrier at the start location often disappears. Please be aware that you can get killed by Black Spirit immediately after the match begins If you move too far away.

● An issue where the portrait is not shown for characters who turned off the game during the tutorial.

● Fishing WIKI does not show up in the Level 50 in-game guide.

● We are aware the blood effects are not being displayed in Ultra Mode.

● We are aware of the issue where forts, command posts, field HQ, and annexes contructed for Conquest War before Node War are being revealed to other guilds during Node War. Please construct your structures for Conquest War after Node War ends.

● We are aware of the issue where Enhancement chance is displayed as 100% when Use Cron Stone is checked after checking Force Enhance.

● We are aware of the issue where Cooking Utensil cannot be retrieved after installation by LMB at a specific residence in Calpheon.

- You can retrieve the Cooking Utensil by clicking 'Retrieve All' button if this issue occurs.

● We are aware of the issue where the last hit of [Berserker] Elastic Force does not inflict damage in PVP when the skill level is Lv.2 or lower.

● We are aware of the issue where characters can't inflict damage for 2 sec after attacked by opponent with debuff skill.

● We are aware of the issue where Archer character can't wear all type of Life Clothes.

● We are aware of the issue where characters fall down to the ground at specific locations in Navarn Steppe.

● There is an issue where only Outfits are being shown in all the Pearl item categories on the Central Market. Even though the other items are not shown, they can be sold or bought by searching for the item names.

● We are aware of the issue where Katan Greatbow can’t be equipped.

● There is an issue where the items shipped from Tarif to Epheria do not arrive correctly.

● We are aware of the issue where every attacking damage is affected by Main Weapon only.

● There's an issue where Black Spirit Emoji isn't displayed in the guild chat window if guild members are from different channels.

● There's an issue where a character which completed quest [To Level 50!] Go Beyond Your Own Limit can't use Social Action, Confident.

● We are aware of the issue where the Instantly Complete Worker Task is currently restricted and can't be used.
