Hello, Adventurers!

This is The MMORPG, Black Desert.

A total of 92 teams participated in the 1st Arena of Arsha PvP Tournament. Here is the interview we had with the new champions. We asked them about their views, opinions, and experiences on Black Desert.

- Hello Adventurers! Your team (Team Spectwo - Sertoman & AlSaHerr) managed to win the Arsha PvP Tournament. How do you feel about this achievement?

The tournament was really exciting and it truly was an unforgettable experience. We had a lot of fun.

- How did you prepare for the tournament? Do you have any advice for Adventurers that want to focus on PvP?

We asked our guild members for help and they were nice enough to train with us. Our first advice for Adventurers is to join a PvP guild. If they want to improve on their own, then they can try different game modes (e.g. Red Battlefield, Battle Arena, Arsha Arena etc.). They are really useful for figuring out other classes and how to fight them.

- Which hunting grounds and equipments (armor, crystal, weapon etc.) do you prefer to use for PvP/PvE?

We prefer going to the Valencia region for PvP and PvE. For equipment, we prefer boss armors and boss weapons. For accessories: Witch’s Earring, Basilisk Belt, Crescent Ring, and Ogre Ring. Finally, for crystals: Ancient Magic Crystal of Enchantment - Agility for helmets, Black Magic Crystal - Cobelinus for armor, Red Battlefield Crystal: Adamantine for shoes, Black Magic Crystal - Viper for gloves, Red Battlefield Crystal - Power for main weapons, and Awakened Spirit’s Crystal for sub weapons.

- What do you think about labelling certain classes as good and bad? What are your opinions on Striker and Witch?

We don’t really think certain classes are much better or worse in PvP. We think that all classes are equal. We believe that Striker and Witch makes a very good team as they cover each other’s weaknesses.

- How long have you been playing BDO? Other than this tournament, can you tell us a memorable moment that you had while playing BDO?

We have been playing since the launch of the MENA server. Our most memorable moment was when we did our first guild quest. We were trying to kill a Cyclops with a team of 10 people. It was a real challenge.

- Can you share your opinions and suggestions (event etc.) for BDO?

We believe that there aren’t enough servers. Finding a grinding spots during node wars is near impossible, even for us! We can’t even imagine what newcomers are going through. We hope that new servers will be released. It would be great if you could also add an Arsha server where players can attack each other without losing karma or suffering other consequences. We also think that we shouldn’t lose karma when we PK someone that we’ve killed recently. We are looking forward to the Rabam skills to help with character balance. For events, please make them helpful for newcomers so they can catch up to the veterans.

- Are you planning to join the next tournament? Do you think you’ll win the next Arsha Tournament as well?

Of course! We are planning to join all the tournaments as long as we play BDO. We believe that we can win all of them.
