1. Adventurers invited to Black Desert: A Decade of Adventures will be responsible for travel and accommodation costs.

2. Make sure to check your travel documents prior to entering South Korea.

• Please make sure to check with your country or region's local authorities regarding travel to South Korea. You can also refer to the KOREA VISA PORTAL website for more detailed entry information.
• Those eligible to enter Korea without a separate visa must have their K-ETA approved before boarding transport.

3. Only Adventurers selected for this event and accompanying companion(s) may participate in the event.

• Adventurers selected for the event can bring a +1 companion to the event. However, please note that your +1 will not be able to receive the full set of event merchandise due to limited availability.
• If you're planning to bring a +1, please make sure to include this information in the survey sent to you via email. Be aware that your +1 must be a legal adult to attend.

4. If you've been invited to Black Desert: A Decade of Adventures, but are unable to attend, please contact us at [Customer Support].

5. Information regarding the event has been sent to the email associated with your Black Desert account.

• We have sent you the information you need to attend the event via your email. Please make sure to complete the survey and fill out the attached documents to process your taxes for any merchandise you may receive at the event.

6. Make sure to bring your passport with you as you will be required to verify your identity before entering the venue.

• You will only be able to receive a ticket and enter the venue if your identity has been verified.
• The venue entry will be open from 11:00 KST on the day of the event, but entry may be restricted from 16:00 KST due to the livestream.

7. Make sure to read the event announcements before traveling to the venue.

• All areas of the venue are non-smoking, and pets and minors are prohibited.
• The faces and appearances of participants may be shown in Press Releases, announcements on the official website, livestreams, etc. Only Adventurers who agree to the usage of their face/likeness can participate in the event.
