An Account Deletion feature has been added, allowing adventurers to directly delete accounts that are no longer in use, or for any other reason.

Please be aware that all game information will be permanently erased if you delete your account, and this action is irreversible.

For detailed instructions, please refer to the following

① Log in to the official website.
② Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner to go to the Account Information page.
③ Click on the Delete Account button in the left menu.


④ Thoroughly review all notices.

* Please note that upon account deletion, all game information, including characters, items, etc., will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

* All collected personal information will be deleted upon account deletion, and this action is irreversible.

* For further details and precautions, please check the deletion page.

⑤ Once you have reviewed all notices, check the agreement button and click the [Register for Account Deletion] button.



⑥ When the email verification page appears, enter the verification code sent to your email and click the Confirm button.



⑦ Click the Approve button at the bottom on the approval page.
⑧ Confirm the completion of the deletion application and the expected deletion date.

* Once the application is completed, the account will be permanently deleted after 15 days.

* If you log in within 15 days after registering for deletion, account deletion can be withdrawn.
