Due to policy changes of the previous security module provider for Black Desert, which made it difficult for us to closely monitor the use of unauthorized programs and take live measures, we have decided to change our security module.

To take swift actions against ever-changing harmful and unauthorized programs, we will implement the upgraded version of Xigncode3 on January 17 (Wed).

How does Xigncode3 work?

The updated version of Xigncode3 starts operating from the moment Black Desert is launched and is only applied within the permissions allowed in the game.

Also, Xigncode3 operates locally and only sends detection data when unauthorized programs are detected.

It is a security module that thoroughly protects the user's personal information and only searches for unauthorized programs that have not been approved during operation.

This security module does not correspond to a rootkit, so it does not have the function of controlling the computer system without the user knowing,

Please note that Xigncode3 shuts down together with Black Desert.
