[12/07/2017 (After maintenance) ~ 12/14/2017 (Before maintenance)] were supposed to have their new names applied with the 12/14/2017 maintenance.

However, we’ve discovered that the Family/Character name changes were not applied.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

We would like to let everyone know that the name changes that were supposed to be made during the 12/14/2017 maintenance,

will be made with next week’s regular maintenance. After next week’s maintenance,

we will be sending users the following rewards as compensation.
