Most of you may recognize us from CBT with 2-3 jokes we've cracked, making you carry wheelbarrows, hiding here & there and all the in-game notices popped up on your screen.

You may also recall the "Have you read our recent announcements on the website?" sentence over and over again.

At CBT it was all our pleasure to meet you for the first time and we're looking forward to be at your service very soon during OBT and after.

In the vast lands of Black Desert Online, we'll be in a Customer Support inquiry distance to solve your problems.

معظمكم قد يعرفونا من خلال مزحتين او ثلاثه كنا قد القيناهم في CBT, جعلناكم تدفعون العربات, الاختباء هنا وهناك وكل الإشعارات التي ظهرت على شاشاتكم.

قد تذكرون ايضاً سؤالنا المكرر لكم "هل قراتم إعلاناتنا الأخيرة على الموقع؟ ".
