- Event participants are referenced by their Black Desert Family Name.

- Violation of the Terms of Service will result in a cancellation of your reward and restriction from the game.

- Winners of in-game items will receive their prize in their in-game mailbox after the next scheduled maintenance.

- There may be restrictions on trading and selling items rewarded from events, and they may have usage expiration dates.

- Items rewarded from events may have different bound settings (family or character) and cannot be transferred or restored even if accidentally collected/deleted.

- Please refer to the in-game item description for details on whether the item is bound.

- You may be disqualified or your reward may be taken back if you use unapproved methods to try to gain an unfair advantage in the event.
