The chance of a fairy obtaining all learnable skills totals up to 100% (This is calculated separately for each fairy grade).
After a fairy obtains the initial skill, the chance of learning the next skill is calculated from the remaining percentage after subtracting the acquisition chance of the initial skill (total of each stage's chance) from 100%.
* Example: If you acquire Feather-like Step Tier 3 (acquisition probability 5%) as the initial skill for a brilliant fairy, the probability of acquiring the next skill is 85%. This is the total acquisition probability of Feather-like Step skill (5% + 5% + 5%) = 15% subtracted from 100%.
The acquisition probability is then set to 85% (having removed 15%), and upon acquisition failure, the probability will be automatically maintained until the next skill is acquired.
