This is the list of accounts that have been permanently restricted from the game due to the violation of our Terms of Service and/or Operation Policy.

Production, distribution, and use of hacking tools is a major problem that can cause negative effects on the balance of the game and system.

Violators may be permanently banned depending on the severity of the offense, even if it is their first violation.
